Hi My Name Is Maryellen Starr. I Am Now 42

Hi my name is Maryellen Starr. I am now 42 yrs old. I had my first stroke in 2003,diagnosed with Moyamoya disease in 2006, and 8 strokes since my first in03, my last one was in July 2015. I've had atleast 15 to 20 TIA's. ( I stopped counting). My health history is extensive. around 20 surgeries, appendix, c sections, EC/IC bypass(one with left artery graft),gall bladder removed. just to get an idea. (actually I cantremember all of them). Can you tell me when I can tell the difference whether its a TIA, Stroke or the Moyamoya;my right foot has been tingling for 2 days and my right hand wouldn't move for atleast an hour this a.m. I have not been to an ER because I really don't know if I should. Also if there is nothing wrong I don't want to waste the ERs time. should Iwait for one of the other signs, studdering,dizzyness, vision changes,etc.
