Hi My Name Is Miraha Watkins, Im. Curious Because I

Hi my name is Miraha Watkins, Im. Curious because I had a really strong pop noise/feeling on lower right side of my stomach and if you ever felt a baby kick the feeling was just that. But shortly after I decied to rub the area and it seemed to feel very funny. Then shortly after doing so it felt as though something filled my esophagus(it wont leave yhe filling stays b4 and after touching stomach), and if I press on my stomach it feels more intense its like a "gritty full feeling of stuff!!"and when i shift around so does it!. It came outta no where i was laying in bed and felt fine all day. Actually singing and dancing most of the day is this my appendix??? Am I in risk of anything?
