Hi my name is Najibullah from Kabul Afghanistan. I used to smoke cigarettes and sometimes weed so I quit it 10 days ago. the day that i quit smoking I drunk combinal D syrup yo clean my lungs but it worsened my health later the same day I visited a Lab N I had H Pylory Positive in stool. Doctors prescribed me Tab Losoken Omeprazole 20 mg Tab Clarithromycin 500, PLASENZYM, Seroline syrup, Tab CINKLARE Cefixime 400 with vitamen E and glucose. During taking of these Medication I got shortness of breath with Asthma I got light yellowish disease I lost appetite I got severe headaches muscle pains and kinda fainting I dont know what to do here in Afghanistan there isnt improved medical doctors so I my health situation is worsened my throat is kinda cramped with kinda asthma and itching in lungs.i drink alot of fluids then each 20 minutes I go peeing. My stool color is black and brownish can u help me please about my health care.
