Hi My Name Is Nicole. I Have Had A Blinding

Hi my name is Nicole. I have had a blinding headache for three days. I've slept for all three of these days and I have no appetite. Yet I'm still exhausted and can barely bring myself to get up to go to the bathroom. I'm drinking water, but given my activity in the past week there's no reason for me to be this tired. What's wrong?
