Hi, My Name Is Patricia. My 6 Years Old Son

Hi, my name is Patricia. My 6 years old son has the flu for about 4 days. He is also taking antibiotics for ear infection and also had an x ray took on the first day that showed early stages of pneumonia. He was coughing a lot the first 2 days,the 3rd day he barely cough and seemed to be getting better. Today, the 4th day he started to cough again and i notice his temperature is rising. I don't know if i should get him checked again. What should i do? Thank you
