Hi, My Name Is Patricia And I Have Had An

Hi, my name is Patricia and I have had an upper respiratory infection for over a month now. I have been on bactrim, a Z-pack and now I am finishing a prednisone 6 day pack. Still I have a scratchy throat with a harsh cough with colored sputum with tinges of blood. I have some chest tightness and some pain on right side of chest. Fills as though something is in the throat. I see a pulmonologist Wednesday about this. He seems to think I have residual inflammation. Chest x-rays, blood work, and O2 levels are all good. What could it be?
