Hi My Name Is Rey And I Am Suffering From

Hi my name is Rey and I am suffering from rheumatoid arthritis from last 6 years.Last time I had this in the year 2014 and all was well after taking medication and now suddenly it has reocuured causing a severe pain in the thigh area and calves.Pain is severe at night.Currently I have been advices Saaz 500,Estoshine 90g and Myril 4 gm since past 2 weeks and I find no improvement in the reduction of my thigh pain.Would require help in suggesting the right medication to cure this discease. I have been also suffering from Ulcerative colitis for the last 8 years but it's in control for the last 3 years...
