Hi My Name Is Richard I'm After Finding A Lump

Hi my name is Richard I'm after finding a lump about 2 years ago At the end of my chest i looked it up and it said i xiphoid it dosnt hurt only if press hard im getting chest pains and sometimes a sting in my heart when i drink water the pain in my chest goes drink a lot of milk litre a day I'm 39 and don't exercise much 5ft 8 bout 80 kg I have never seen a doctor I had a motorbike crash 12 years ago and that the only time seen doctor I don't smoke never please help thank you
