Hi My Name Is Sarah I Am 24 Years Old

Hi my name is Sarah I am 24 years old and a mom to a 3 year old boy. Right now I am having an issue with figuring out if im currently pregnant or not. My last period started august 31 and ended on the 5th of September. I have been having all symptoms except soreness in my breast. I have tookenough a couple of pregnancy test and all were negative except one that did have a very faint line..I followed up with a blood test and that came out negative. It's now October 19 and still haven't received my period. I have been having discharge both clear and white.PLEASE HELP!
