Hi, My Name Is Sherry, I Am A 48 Year

Hi, my name is Sherry, I am a 48 year old white female, have had a cold for 3 weeks, my ears hurt, cant hear drainage from nose is clear and when i cough it is really deep and hurts in my chest, no fever, no chills, tired my back hurts like behind my lungs. I have been taking mucinex and my claritin sinus pill every day. It gets better and now within the last day has been getting worse. Sneezing.
