Hi, My Name Is Stephen, And I've Been Having Some

Hi, my name is Stephen, and I've been having some very weird bowl movements over the month. Overall I've seen a change in my bowl movements since I had mono, but it was nothing like what I've been having recently. My stools resembles sand, like if you went to the beach, grabbed some sand and tossed it into the bowl, I'm truly puzzled and nervous.
