Hi My Name Is Steve ,I Have A 40 %

Hi my name is Steve ,I have a 40 % compression fracture to my t9 about 2 years ago I am going through the work cover bs .l am strong everywhere else after doing physio over past 2 years kept geting X-rays up until about3 months ago have no osteoporosis but are still on pain killers I was a carpenter when injury happened and are now doing between 20 and 25 hours a week driving doing light delivers.i still have the stabbing pain and peminiate ache which the med sort of cover but really battling.any advice would be great
