Hi My Name Is Tairou From Ghana. I Was Involved

Hi my name is Tairou from Ghana. I was involved in an accident exactly a year ago which resulted in a spine injury at cervical level: C4-C5 received a hit. I was paralysed neck below right after the accident but now I can move my arms feel touches all over my body can hold myself in sitting position with little support and can move my legs a bit and even try standing but for seconds but I can't move my fingers so can't make a fist. I still don't have bladder and bowel control. My local doctors made me understand my only option is natural healing so I'm not on any drug.
