Hi, My Name Is Thomas Carpenter. My Ear Feels Like

Hi, my name is Thomas Carpenter. My ear feels like there is water in it, we have tried to put alcohol in it to draw the water out. I pull my ear lobe out and it is like it clears it up and I swear I can hear something in it. Then it kind of feels like it is stopped up kind of like how your nose gets stopped up. Not sure what it is, thank you for your help.
