Hi My Name Is Vanessa And My Right Arm Has

Hi my name is Vanessa and my right arm has been hurting all day. it feels like a band id rapped around it, sort of like when you get your blood drawn. I have had this feeling before but in my left arm. This is the first time I have the feeling in my right arm. I also have a pretty bad headache right now. Do you have any advice?
