Hi My Name Is Vishal ,I Am Having 5 Kedney

Hi my name is Vishal ,I am having 5 Kedney stones, one is 5.7 mm which is in upper urater of right Kedney , while other stones are size of 2.5 mm to 3 mm are present in right and left kedney, and report also shows hydronephrosis,
and mild back pressure ,let me know what to do next ??. Thanks in advance for help
