Hi My Name Is Walter, Since Last Saturday I've Been

Hi my name is Walter, since last Saturday I've been having pain in my upper stomach bellow the middle of the ribcage, I was vomiting for two days, that stop, but the pain didn't, it's constant pain from two to eight on the scale. Could somebody please tell me what could it be please, thank you.
