Hi, My Name Is Yvonne ...and For The Last 3

Hi, my name is Yvonne ...and for the last 3 weeks been having stomach pain, bloating, foul smell gas and everytime I eat I get the upper stomach pain ,,then the horrible gas and awful bloating.
This I noticed happen after I ate a stuff pepper a neighbor gave me and right after I are I had terrible diarrhea . Ever since then is really bad the bloating and gas.Thanking you in advance..
