Hi My Name Is Chris I Am On A Blood

Hi my name is chris I am on a blood thinner (coumiden) I just had a tooth extracted yesterday and its still bleeding can anyone tell me how long I should expect this, or I guess what im asking is when should I start to get worry and go to the hospital or urgent care im pretty sure they wont be able to help me I just cant sleep do to the discomfort thanks.
