Hi My Name Is Chris And I Ruptured My Right

Hi my name is chris and I ruptured my right achilles 2 sundays ago. Iwent to the dr for treatment and they diagnosed it as a ruptured achilles. There are no borken bones and the xrays were negative. I was told to rest and ice and keep it wrapped. Ive done all the above and the swelling has gone down significantly to almost normal. There is still some pain only when I touch it. How long will it take to heal?
