Hi My Name Is Cynthia I Had Bilateral Breast Reduction

Hi my name is cynthia I had bilateral Breast reduction on the 2nd of February And I'm type 2 diabetic.The second week After surgery I notice that it was getting infected and my nipple is turning black I tried to tell the doctor but he just ignored me and said it was normal and that everything will be ok. I ended up in the hospital for 5 days because it was so infected that my Breast opened up at the bottom And my nipple was oozing stinky puss. In the hospital they gave me Tons of IV antibiotics Now I am at home My nipple is opening up even worse They have me on 1% silver sulfadiazine cream and I don't Think that it is helping I actually think it's making it worse Is this true and is there something else that I can put on my wounds to make them heal faster and better.
