Hi, My Name Is Holli, Im A Healthy 25 Year

Hi, my name is holli, im a healthy 25 year old. Im having an issue with swollen lymph nodes. My occipital node is pea size, hard and painless. I have two swollen nodes in my anterior cervical chain, which are slightly larger and softer. I also have a firm one in posterior cervical chain. I have no infections or ailments that would explain the swelling. Should I be concerned?
