Hi My Name Is Jenna..i Have Noticed The Last Couple

Hi my name is jenna..i have noticed the last couple times i use bleach i get a bad head ach and am dizzy ..just dont feel right...i did dishes the other day an used bleach in my water an stayed this way for two or three hours untill i just went to sleep..why is this happening?
