Hi My Name Is Krystyna. I Am 24 Yr Old.

Hi my name is krystyna. I am 24 yr old. I have been having lower back pain, frequent urination, chills with nausea. My left left lower abdomen has been hurting as well.. i havent really had a appetie and having problems with bowel movments i have also been running a fever of 101.0 or higher. Could this be appendesitis or kidney infection?
