Hi My Name Is Latoya I Am 33 Yrs Old

Hi my name is latoya i am 33 yrs old and i have a fibroid tumor. I have been having symptoms of being pregnant all but vomiting, missed period, and positive hpt. My question here is would it be possible to have bleeding every month like a period, which are much lighter than normal for me, and result in a negative hpt when i am really pregant. Please help me its driving me insane.
