Hi My Name's Amanda And I Was Wondering What Could

Hi my name's Amanda and I was wondering what could be causing a bubble feeling in my chest..when I try to eat or drink it hurts and feels like my esophagus is being stretched no matter how small my bites or how well I chew. I also get a little dizzy when I try to walk as of today. This has been going on for three days now.can u please let me know what it may be and if I should be worried??
