Hi, My Names Matt I'm 25yrs Old. Eleven Weeks Ago

Hi, my names Matt i'm 25yrs old. Eleven weeks ago i came down with a awful viral cold infection. Which I believe I still have. One day i would wake up and throat would be really sore couldn't even swallow. The next day my throat would be fine and my ear would hurt etc. Shortly after being sick I started to developed what i think are severe panic attacks(never experienced before). Which now have progressively gotten worse. It started off with a couple hospital trips from chest muscle spasms(thought was having a heart attack). Had ekg tests done, bloodwork done, everything came back good. Then next thing i knew i was getting them more and more frequent. Not chest spasms but different side effects such as, not being able to sit still, racing heart, feeling weak, faint, dizzy, feel sweaty, sweaty palms, very dry mouth, shaking, feeling a loss of control. Basically i thought i was losing my mind. These "attacks" are lasting for 10-15minutes and now happening every few days, So i started doing some research and I found out that viral infections can actually cause panic attacks and anxiety. And that these viral attacks can last for quite some time. I read and was also told their is nothing I could take for viral infection. But is their anything I can take for the panic/anxiety attacks? I would like to avoid pills. These attacks are getting harder and harder to control. Even with all the reading I've done on on "mastering panic"
