Hi My Names Jessie Im A 34 Yr Old Male.

Hi my names jessie im a 34 yr old male. 3 days ago i caught a typical stomach virus. I vomited once but had diarrhoea for 2-3 days. I also had a bad sinus infection for about a week prior to that. No drainage just clogged up and couldnt breath especially at night. Yesterday i noticed a swolled lymph node right around my jaw where it hinges. Its extremely painful when i swallow and also very tender if i touch it. Today i feel it up towards my ear also and along my neck muscle on the side my neck and also can feel another swollen node in that muscle. And the swallowing still hurts really bad. My question is what kind of treatment can i do at home? I dont feel sick anymore. Should i use a warm or cold compress? I have some lyrica that the doctor gave me for my back would that help since its anti inflammatory? Any help would b greatly appreciated
