Hi My Nine Year Old Has Had Impetigo Twice This

Hi my nine year old has had impetigo twice this year. Now starting at corner of her mouth in form of a small blister. It is very upsetting to her. Have used mupricin which slowly cleared the last two bouts. We live in a remote area. Have cioro 500mg on hand. Can I give her this too. If so what dosage.
