Hi My Partner Fell Of Jet Ski Today And Hurt

Hi my partner fell of jet ski today and hurt his ribs they is some bruising and red marks showing but he is alot of pain and I'm has been shivering and now his runny bloating what shoukd we do? Would bloating be related or may it be due to him drinking 2 cups of fizzy soda ? We are a little concerned but r in usa on holiday so nit sure what to do
