Hi My Partner Is 55. He Has Had Pains In

Hi my partner is 55. He has had pains in his lower left side of his stomach for 4 days near his groin. He said his whole body aches. He has had diarrhoea and he can't eat. He went to the toilet today and he had blood in his urine. He also said there was traces of blood in his semen a few days ago. He has been to the toilet 3 times since seeing blood but there hasn't been any more. He has been getting hot and sweating throughout the day but he says that he feels cold. What could this be, should I take him to A&E or should he wait until the morning to see his gp?
