Hi My Partner Was Recently Called In For A Second

Hi my partner was recently called in for a second 20 week scan due to baby being in an awkward position and that they wanted to double check something. They closely observed the skull due to it having a ‘slight lemon shaped skull’ they ruled out SB due to the spine looking normal with no open areas. They said the brain was also normal with no obvious signs. We are due to have a second opinion in 2 weeks but what possibilities what might be the cause? Could it just be the baby’s shape head or is it an indication that something is wrong?
