Hi, my penis is swollen after masturbation. I did it rougher than usual and the middle of my shaft had bumps on the left and right side. It also hurt to urinate so I waited about 5 hours but it was still sore. I got in the shower for about twenty minutes and it no longer hurt to urinate, and the swelling reduced, but it was still swollen. Should I just leave my penis alone for the day?
