Hi My Period Came On 1st June I Am Getting

Hi my period came on 1st June I am getting my ultrasound done for last 3 days
Today on 15th June my ultrasound showed that I have a 23mm n a 26mm size of egg n lil bit of free fluid
I got an injection on 13th night for ovulation but I haven’t ovulated yet
Me n my husband are trying for a baby boy so kindly tell us what to do now
