Hi My Period Is 12 Days Late And This Morning

Hi my period is 12 days late and this morning when i woke up and used the restroom there was a little of blood and what looked to be tissue. I don't think that i am pregnant due to 2 neg test last week i was just wondering what it could be. I also am having mild cramping along with it and my cycle is a bout 32 days
