Hi, My Period Is 13 Days Late. My Periods Are

Hi, my period is 13 days late. My periods are irregular, but i have been tracking them for years and this is a little later than normal. I doubt I'm pregnant. I have also been having burning in my left ovary for years. Within the past 6 months, it seems like it has gotten worse. What is this and should I be concerned?
