Hi, My Period Is 2 Days Late. Last Month It

Hi, my period is 2 days late. Last month it wAs 10 days late then pretty heavy which I found odd because for months my period was regular. Then this month it's late again. I got a neg hot yesterday morning. I'm on cycle day 31 and my cervix is high and soft. Cm is clear and slippery. No sign at all of my period coming. Could I be pregnant?
