Hi My Period Is A Few Days Late. I Woke

Hi my period is a few days late. I woke up in the middle of the night for the past week or so having a painful feeling in my bladder like i had to pee really badly, but when i got up and peed i didnt feel much of a relief. my bowel movements are more frequent and yesterday my vagina had blood in it (when i put my finger in i got blood on it) but none was on my underwear later. what is wrong w me?
