Hi My Period Is Currently 45 Days Late. One Doctor

Hi my period is currently 45 days late. One doctor told me that i have polycystic ovaries when an ultrasound was done. the placed me on birth controls but they work for a while and stop. they will give me primulut n to bring the period then place me on birth control for three months but then my period stops coming a month after i come off the pills every time.
