Hi, My Period Is Relatively Normal -- About 28 Day

Hi, my period is relatively normal -- about 28 day cycle. I had sex around my predicted ovulation day, according to my app. about halfway through my cycle. I had sex on the 23rd of November and took two test this morning, both negative. I peed in the morning, forgetting I had to take a test, so I used pee from about 10:30am when I forced myself to pee again. Both test were negative. One was cheap, one was a First response Early Pregnancy test. It's been 11days since I had sex. Do I have a good chance of being not pregnant or did I test way too early?
