Hi My Period Is Still Going And Its Been A

Hi my period is still going and its been a month and abit so far and getting heavier , i have been passing about 4 blood clots a day but lately the blood clots are getting bigger. This is unusual for me as my period would only last about 5 days . I must say before this period my periods are irregular but this is the longest its been . And i have been experiencing mild period pains in the last week? What do you think it is?
