Hi, My Period Started On The 18th Of Sep And

Hi, my period started on the 18th of Sep and finished on 23th. I took a morning pill the day after. after a few days of taking the pill I was bleeding for 1 week which seems to be the side-effect of the pill. unfortunately I had to take another emergency pill on 13th of october( I was suppose to get my period on 14th of October). it's 18th of october now and I haven't got my period yet. I know that the pills can delay the period but how would I know if it's period or I'm bleeding as a side effect of the pill? What should I do know? If I take a pregnancy test would it be accurate because I haven't had my periods since the first pill..
