Hi My Period Us Late The Last One I Had

Hi my period us late the last one I had was on the 11th of June but started of as spotting I had no period last month. Now when I go to the bathroom and wipe there is some light blood on the toilet paper I have taken three hpt and all have came back negative what could be the problem
