Hi, My Period Was 4 Days Due When I Did

Hi, my period was 4 days due when I did a blood test which indicated that the htc level equal to 35. After a week (7 days) I started bleeding (clots) this morning and having cramp now :( Last year, I had an ectopic pregnancy and my Dr injected 2 shots of methotrexate and it took almost 5 month to htc level got down to 5. What the problem is with me? I'm 35 years old.
