Hi My Period Was Two Days Late It Came Three

Hi my period was two days late it came three days after expected date but it had prolonged until eight days and still hasn't stop i am having abdominal pain and lower lower lower back pain. So i would like to know the reason since i am only 17 years old.
NB: i am sexually active.
