Hi My Periods Are Normally On Time Every Month For

Hi my periods are normally on time every month for example 8th of every month, but dec last year i was late by 23 days. I had a normal period and finished 5 days later then i came back on jan 18th again for normal 5 days. I then came on my period on normal date due 8th feb again normal 5 days. By this time i had been to doctors for bloods and pregnancy test (even though im sterilised) as ive to been having breast pains, mainly around the nipples. Test came back clear. I had a period on 9th march and seemed to be back to normal due date give 1 day. This period was normal 5 days and still had pains in breast but stopped when i finished period. This month april i came on 8th started as normal period first day then next day hardly anything. Managed to have intercourse has no blood by night, next day after that agsin barely any blood and again intercourse that night as no blood. Following 2 days of my period no blood but the 6th day had a little bleed in afternoon and by night nothing again. It is now the 20th april and haven't had any more bleeding but feel bloated and have left back pain also im having cravings that i had with my previous 4 pregnancies. Not sure what to do whether to wait see if i come on normal next month or do i go back to doctors. Also no pain in breasts. Just not sure if its in my head??? Thanks
