Hi, My Problem Is That After Doing Some Romantic Chit

Hi, my problem is that after doing some romantic chit chat with my girlfriend even for a minute or two, my penis gets erection and a transparent white liquid excretes from my penis, erection causes a stretching in my muscles and I am getting skinny day by day. This is a real cause of concern to me. Please suggest what should I do to counter it.Thanks
