Hi My Question Is... I Recently Had The Nexplon Birth

Hi my question is... I recently had the nexplon birth control and had it removed the beginning of January of 2018 after having it in for 3 year. I did not have a menstrual for the whole 3 years and I still haven't gotten a menstrual since the removal. Me and my husband are trying to conceive but I fell like it's not gonna happen since I'm not have a menstrual... should I be concerned. Should I go in for a check up?
