Hi, My Question Is About Hormones. I Had Unprotected Sex

Hi, my question is about hormones. I had unprotected sex during the last day of my period and take Plan B Plus 3 days later. About a week after taking it I bleed 3 days and now I'm late for my period 4 days. Two pregnancy test said negative, so I was wandering how long will it take to have my period back again? Or how can I help my body to balance my hormones naturally?
