Hi My Question Is Last Night I Vigorously Scrub My

Hi my question is last night I vigorously scrub my kitchen floor something I don't usually do had a lot of my weight on my left elbow for quite a while. A couple hours later severe pain started creeping up in my elbow although know visual signs yet. Then I woke up this morning and it was horrible swollen look like a head some sort of weird nipple one of my clients thought that it was bursitis. I went to the urgent treatment center the doctor didn't think it was the nurse did, and they gave me a prescription for antibiotics and sent me home they drew a ring around it so I could tell if the infection was going down her up. I iced it and it felt better for a while but I ran out ibuprofen I just looked at it and the bottom of it is well outside of the circle moving down my forearm. Its 4 in the morning. Is the something I need to go to the ER about? Or can this wait so the urgent treatment center opens question marks very painful and hot and swollen not so much out words but down my arm. When I click on the website it said this was free and then credit card things just started coming up I'm going to send it through again and see if u answer
